Should due to inadequate attendance the General Assembly not have a quorum, another is convened at the same location, same date and same agenda at 10,00, which is going to have a quorum irrespective of attendance.

9,30    Ceremonial Presentation of the Awards of the JVA Ethics Committee

§         Election of function-bearers of the GA (Conducting Chairman, Mandate-controlling Committee, Vote-counting Committee, Keeper of the minutes of the GA and persons confirming the minutes)

§         Report of the President of the Supervisory Committee, Report on the fulfillment of the JVA budget

The language of the GA is Hungarian, Hungarian-English simultaneous translation could be provided for on request.

Please note that the seating capacity of the room is limited, therefore we kindly ask you to delegate one person (authorized person or with proxy) or maximum two per member company only.
