QUESTIONS - ANSWERS

From the point of view of Hungary's future competitiveness a decisive factor is already right now, whether the entrepreneurial propensity crosses our borders and the Hungarian entrepreneurs will be able to successfully extend their activities to markets abroad. Regarding international markets a primary importance is attached to neighbouring countries. In the light of their regional influence, our capital export to these markets is of particular importance. It is a must that the economic strategy of the actual government always handles and supports it as a highlight topic.

One of the initiators as well as supporters of the Capital Export Committee concentrates on these thoughts and focuses on following activities in its operation:

  •
      - The search of local sources of information as well as information on references, for collecting, systemizing and publishing information;
      - The research of target countries' legal environment (aspects of law, sales, tax and accounting, techniques and HR, etc.), the dissemination of information, the initiating of cooperation with partner organisations of target countries;
      - The promotion of exchanging relevant practical experiences, the presentation of best practices by way of the Association's particular channels (conferences and similar events, written forms, meetings and forums, etc.);
      - The making known of the Joint Venture Association's Capital Export Commission's mission and work, with an appropriate PR-background support.

  • 1. Coordinated and manifold assistance and giving support to primarily small and medium-size enterprises, which undertake production and/or servicing investments and operations abroad in order to stabilise their homeland market positions and competitiveness by market entry. The Committees help extends from standing-in for a required operating environment through the provision of information up to the transfer of practical experiences, including numerous fields of activities and methods.

    2. In favour of the above aim the Committee takes initiatives and plays an active role in forming the possibly most favourable legal environment, in order to provide help in successful capital exports to more and more small and medium-size enterprises, all this in line with the professional weight and the role in public life of the Joint Venture Association.

    3. Methods to serve these aims:
    The Committee applies multiple methods, which comprise:
